Having worked together for over 15 years building corporate brands, our desire to create FemmeFactor comes from direct experience as employees, consultants, and entrepreneurs.
As moms to 3 daughters, we are highly motivated to fill the gap in companies serving the needs of working women.
Our Mission
We intend to give women access to the types of lucrative relationships men have built at country clubs and secret societies for centuries. The kind of relationships that make work and life more fruitful.
